Script 1 (Long version)

If you have a health concern and are calling outside our business hours, and don’t know what to do, you can call the after hours GP helpline on 1800 022 222.

You will speak to a registered nurse and, if necessary, a GP. Or you can be directed to the most appropriate after hours health service in our local area. The number again – 1800 022 222.

If necessary, contact (insert practice name) for any follow-up consultation.

Script 2 (Short version)

We are currently closed.
