Independent review of the National Health Performance Authority

The public submissions process for this consultation is now closed.
The Independent review of the National Health Performance Authority fulfils the requirement of Section 109A of the National Health Reform Act 2011 which stipulates that an independent review must be undertaken to examine the operation and the effectiveness of the National Health Performance Authority. A public consultation process ran between 19 October 2012 and 9 November 2012. The report provided by the independent reviewer is below:
